DEBT and EQUITY FINANCING:
Our Capital Raising Practice works with Clients in the raising of either debt or equity to finance an acquisition, growth initiatives, recapitalizations or a management buyout. Our experience in dealing with private equity and venture capital funds, along with mezzanine funds and senior and subordinated lenders allows us from the beginning of a transaction to work with our clients regarding how to best achieve their objectives with participating financial institutions. Once a potential business plan has been identified and a Memorandum of Understanding has been reached, the due diligence process conducted by ProMark Capital Group can make the difference between an unsuccessful transaction and a highly successful transaction. The success of any transaction, whether it is a purchase, a refinance or a construction project is based on the quality and availability of information on the potential project.
