buildingProMark Capital Group, Inc. was organized in 2011, by Jeffrey F. Katzer, as a licensed commercial real estate brokerage firm headquartered in Sherman Oaks, California. ProMark was formed to engage in transactions related to the “Off Market Properties” program which Mr. Katzer had developed in with his partner, Bruce B. Felder of Forum Consulting Service, LLC.

As part of the program a Master Inventory List of available properties is prepared and updated on a periodic basis. This Master Inventory List is made available via access to the Secured Portal ProMark Web Site or via email available only to qualified buyers or their approved representatives who have executed the requisite documents assuring confidentiality and capability of performing.

ProMark has affiliated with a consulting network of referral sources from a wide spectrum of real estate professionals and principals across the country representing both “buyers” and “sellers.” Included in this network is an affiliate of the Berkshire Hathaway Home Service Group, The McMonigle Team, LLC.  

This relationship has enabled the Off Market Properties program to gain access to the resources of Berkshire Hathaway nationwide network of over 1,500 agents having access to sellers seeking this type of private forum for discreet presentation of their high quality properties which they do not wish to have “shopped” or exposed to an “auction” type procedure. The goal is to engage in Principal to Principal discussions as early in the process as possible.

In addition to the development and marketing of its Off Market program, ProMark continues to specialize in the types of transactions engaged in under the direction of Mr. Katzer in his entities previously doing business as ProMark Capital Group, LP and ProMark Financial Group, Inc. These transactions include the purchase/sale or financing of commercial office buildings, mixed use condominium projects, hospitality properties and other projects where specialized structuring and expertise are required. The projects include construction, land acquisition, project acquisition, project refinance, purchase and sale transactions as well as equity and mezzanine financings. Between 2005 and 2011, Purchase/Sale or Finance Transactions exceeding $600,000,000 were successfully concluded.
